So basically my life is getting into a routine again which is kind of nice actually I like it, so anyways I will work backwards because I don;t fully remember what I've done recently (I might pull up facebook to check)
Tuesday Aug 2 2011- Neils last full day. Well I woke up and went to my racquetball class, walked home then went to a devotional with Rachye, Michael, and Neil, went to the beach (Neil and Mike), went on a walk and went to the book store (with Neil), did homework, watched cowboys vs. aliens at the theater (Mike and Neil) then Neil walked me home and we made plans to hang out briefly the next day when he was going to leave.
Wednesday Aug 3 2011-So this day was the last day my friend Neil was here and I had only known him for about 3 weeks but we got really close (just friends) but hanged out every day so like a bestie. So this day I woke up as early as I could without passing out which was about 8 because I was exhausted and then met up with Michael and Neil and we walked around Laie and the point for a couple hours and then I said good bye to Neil which was hard. Then I went to my religion class kind of sad, came home and just slept for 4 hours, basically I didn't want to do very much and plus there was no longer a count down before he left so I could sleep and not feel like wasting time, except now Brittany and Sydney are leaving soon and then Michael. Oh and watched twilight cause I had nothing to do (up at BYU though).
Thursday Aug 4 2011- Well I woke up early to go to my racquetball class, and really I don't think I felt like doing much on this day, so mainly I ended up going on a walk with Candace behind the temple (she had to go on a hike for her Hawaiian studies class) but we just walked up the hill taking photos, then went to my House but I was locked out (had my swimsuit and shorts on) so put a lava lava on and then we went up to campus ate at the cafe, then I went home and later went back up to campus and hanged with Candace in the Aloha center and did homework.
Friday Aug 5 2011- Well so I don't have my license yet so in order to get my hours I need to drive into town once a week, so I drove (with mom) to Walmart along North shore way which is loads better because there are less houses and curves, and went to Costco of course bought more things like swim shorts, umbrella, dress so good things but not necessarily ones I need. Got home around 6 mopped floors did chores then had a couple new college girly friends over and watched Narnia 3 (don;t remember title) and then just hanged out and talked until 12.
Saturday Aug 6 2011- So I had to check face book to remember this, Well I went on a hike to Laie falls with a couple of my close friends (Brittany and Jennifer) which was really great, then after wards our other friends Nadia and Christina came over so it was like one of our last condensed high school groupie of girls hanging out before people leave, and we watched Get Smart and then 17 Again which were both pretty great. Then saw Christina's dog's new puppies which were adorable and tiny (and held a couple)
Sunday Aug 7 2011- So basically I woke up around 7, It was fast Sunday so I didn't eat and got ready for church, went to church, did my First visiting teaching which I set up and everything (I had to contact my companion and sisters to visit teach and read the lesson to know what to do) but my companion seems good and the sisters seem sweet, all of them were older then me but I kind of took charge a little which made me nervous but they seemed fine with it, then I drove into town to pick up dad from the airport (he had been in Denver Colorado on a business trip) came home and the Watkins had dinner with us, did some book of Mormon studying and then went to bed, I did crunches cause that's my new goal.
Monday Aug 8 2011- Woke up around 8 unintentionally because my siblings woke me up, finished a homework assignment about my readings in the book of Mormon, then read in my book of Mormon study guide for about an hour which was reading ahead, had a little picnic with Sage she gave me half her sandwich and we sat on the front porch together while she asked me about my day, went to Book of Mormon class, (that was great) had a short lunch with my friend Christina up at a bench near the library, watched planet of the apes with Rachel and Michael Watkins, ate dinner, had family night, went to ward family night, and am writing this letter.
Tuesday August 9 2011- So I woke up went to my early morning racquetball class which was pretty fun it was doubles and my partner could hit it back so that's always good, so anyways we won our first game but not our second game but we came close so it was alright. Then I washed up and was going to go to this devotional with Michael, but talked with Sydney for a while and then invited her to come along and she said she would. So Michael and I went over and sat by Christina, and our fathers came but no Sydney. So the entire time I keep looking around for her, turns out she sat in the back cause she thought we didn't save a seat. Understandable, but once I told her there was one she still didnt come to try to be nice. But honestly I really don't like having to text during devotionals so that bothered me. But it was okay afterwards was super akward cause she wouldnt walk next to us and everyone was wondering who was going where and like I personally just wanted to walk home and let Syd and Christina walk off on their merry little ways. Anyways love them but sometimes they are a little unaware. I ended up hanging with Candace we ate at the cafe, watched a hot dog eating contest (I met a guy in my ward named Dylan who is nice but a flirt so no on that, and this other guy has waved at me a couple times and I just realized he was checking us in on student orientations so I talked to him for a little, he is also in my ward so that's great) So then after eating at the Cafe with Candace, Steph, and Heidi, Hannah and Brianna came but sat somewhere else because they didn't want to sit by this guy we were going to sit by who I think is nice, his friends seem a little high and mighty which is fine I guess. I don't really remember what else I did this day. Hm. Anyways I hope that my job doesn't overlap devotionals because I'd be extremly bummed. Survery says- Boo ya! No work that day until 6pm! That's a relief.
