Just wait until that really sinks in. I've noticed that I haven't been writing in a journal or any sort of form of keeping track of my day to day life which is actually rather tragic seeing as later in life I may want to know how I felt when graduating and my senior summer and things like that.
Well basically I start first term July 21st so that's this month, pretty darn soon and Im getting rather excited. I only have two classes but I will be excited to start my new ward (church time with college students from my school) and things like that. I am not going to be staying in the dorms so I was thinking that maybe I would grab a couple friends and do service by helping arriving girls put their clothes and stuff in their rooms (meet people).
Ah time is running out, in more then one form OH I want to start a new blog title, anyways I will just write it here. July 1st was my "kisserversary" I think that should be added to the dictionary btw because I didnt like having the spell check tell me its not a word. Because it absolutely should be. Sadly I didnt come up with it my friend did so bummer. Well so my friend Syd told me that because exactly a year ago (and now 2 days) I had my first kiss. Yay me :) haha so thats interesting because I never would have remembered the exact day so good thing she told me. Pretty much this may come as a shock but as of this moment I have only kissed 1 guy, even my own sister who is very close to me thought I had kissed like 5, wow who does she think I am?
Oh and just to put your minds at ease No I didn't make use of the holiday just for the sake of it, good thing.
Tomorrow is the 4th of July so my family and I will be bike riding around sunset, playing tennis and then going to the beach. It's a great idea but the early-ness of it is making me rather nervous since Im still writing in this blog and all and its late at night. But hey its kind of like journal keeping.
* I tend to save texts I like- just something to throw out there, try not to be too overly impressed but I then send them to my gmail, put them on a word document, print them and put them in a binder (better word then scrapbook). Its nice when theres a date next to what the person said because then It is like a journal. Plus then later in life it'd be easier to remember friends who I haven't seen for years and how quirky they were, or sweet. I also make sure I always include last names because Im always under the impression that one day I will want to search someone up and it will be near impossible.
* I decided today that not only do I enjoy singing but id easily prefer singing an hour over playing on the piano for half an hour, it makes me think that if we spend a bunch of money for college why not use that amount and pay a private voice instructor or something like that. It'd be suhweeet.
* I'm going to really miss my friends going off to college and my guy friends who are going on missions, but honestly I am so proud of them for being worthy to go on a mission it really impresses me. They are literally choosing to give up 2 years of their life in service of the gospel. I am really excited because secretly (or not so secretly)I've always wanted to write a missionary. I kinda want them to send me a picture though, not in a "oooh I can look at their dreaminess all day" but in a reminder way, although technically I could always find one on facebook and print it out but how cool/cute is that?
* I'm going to bed (more or less)
BTW syd knew it was july first because coincidentally she had her first kiss that day too, which is really hilarious.
